I am worried about how much therapy will cost me.
I would like to reassure you that the therapy I use is one of the most empowering and effective therapies that I am aware of. If you want to resolve whatever issue or symptoms you have, you have a really GOOD assurance that with analytical hypnotherapy, we can get to the root cause of it and it CAN be resolved in a few sessions. This therapy is all about making your life better.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Absolutely! It is not possible to implant suggestions which are against a person's core values. If such a suggestion were to be offered to a client whilst in hypnosis, they would immediately come out of hypnosis and that would be that! Any stage hypnosis you may have seen or heard about - which is generally why this question is asked - the volunteers have already given "mental" permission just by the fact that they volunteered, knowing suggestions such as "bark like a dog". For the rest of us who have no intention of wanting to bark like a dog - that suggestion would have no effect on us!
How long will it take?
Hypnoanalysis usually only takes between 7 to 12 sessions. Everyone has their own journey to get to that point of finding out the root cause - and once that point has been reached, the positive and empowering results are permanent and lasting.
Suggestion hypnotherapy for minor issues such as nail biting or exam nerves require one or two sessions.
Where are your offices?

What makes Analytical Hypnotherapy different to Clinical Hypnotherapy
I have been trained in both Analytical and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Clinical Hypnotherapy is when the therapist offers empowering suggestions to the client's unconscious mind. Analytical Hypnotherapy is when the therapist and client work together to get to the root cause of the problem by using a process called free association, whilst the client is in a light state of hypnosis.
Is hypnosis safe?
As I mentioned above, the state of hypnosis is a naturally occurring state, so it is completely safe. We all go into light states of hypnosis during the day. It is like when you are waking up in the morning after a good night's sleep - you feel completely relaxed, and also aware at the same time.
I have never been hypnotised and am feeling a bit anxious about it.
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state - you aren't going to feel "zonked" out. You will still have awarenesses and hear what I am saying. The is no such "feeling" associated with being hypnotised - it is like when you are engrossed in a book or the TV - completely focused and relaxed. Anyone can be hypnotised - because it is a naturally occurring state and the hypnotherapist knows how to access and work with that state.
