The coaching process can be either face to face or very often, over the phone
Life coaching sessions generally last between 45 - 60 minutes. The initial session can sometimes take a bit longer, to gain a clear vision of what it is that you want to achieve.
I also offer personal breakthrough sessions - face to face - which last between 4 - 5 hours. During this session we tackle all the limiting beliefs in one session. We also work on releasing negative emotions and beliefs like fear and anger - essentially anything which is holding you back. This leaves you free to focus on your new goals with clarity and confidence - no background fuzz or noise!
HOW DOES DEALING WITH ANXIETIES, PANIC ATTACKS, FEARS AND PHOBIAS WORK?
This session lasts between 4 - 6 hours where I work one on one with a client. I take you through a personal detailed history where I identify the structure of how the panic attack, fear or phobia manifests itself as well as taking you through a process, using Time Line Therapy to release negative emotions (anger, sadness, fear, guilt and hurt). Once this has been done, we then set about doing the change work that releases the anxiety / phobia or panic attack issues for good.
Your mind is capable of one time learning - and this is what we create - a learned resourceful behaviour to replace the "old" behaviour
