I am a registered hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner who specialises in working with clients who are looking for some help to become a non smoker. You may have tried the willpower approach or even the nicotine patches or gum, which hasn't been a success.
I will work with you changing your beliefs about smoking - and becoming a non smoker. Our beliefs form a very strong part of what drives our behaviour, and that's why this is such an effective method. You will BELIEVE you are a non smoker when the session is over. I am sure you are doing loads of research on stopping smoking with hypnotherapy and hypnosis. It is important that you are comfortable with both the therapist and method of therapy that you choose to stop smoking.
I have studied psychology, hypnotherapy, both clinical and analytical hypnotherapy as well as NLP. All 3 of these methods have been Incorporated into my stop smoking sessions, to have maximum impact and effectiveness.

Research conducted by Franch Schmidt and Chockalingham Visesvaran was published in New Scientist vol 136 issue 1845 and stated that hypnosis was the most effective method of stopping smoking. Some of the least effective methods were advice from GP's, will power, self help and nicotine gum.

Most people believe it is going to be difficult to stop smoking. And they are absolutely correct - if they go about it in the wrong way. With the method I use, you WILL be able to give up smoking and never miss it!
HOW SERIOUS ARE YOU ABOUT STOPPING SMOKING?
If you have tried it all before, and perhaps stopped for a short period of time and gone back to smoking and repeated the cycle several times, I have a few questions you should answer if you are REALLY interested in stopping smoking for good. On a cycle of 1 to 10, with 10 being 100% committed, how committed are you to quitting smoking? If you answer a 9 or 10, then you are ready to stop smoking. If it is below that, I would advise to wait until to get to that 9 or 10 level, otherwise you will waste your time and money - people generally don't voluntarily do anything they don't really want to do - or who aren't committed to doing something as important as this.
What can I expect from my stop smoking with hypnosis session?
We will meet for approximately one hour, where we go through a process that allows you to WILLINGLY quit smoking - and look forward to it! The session involves us talking about your smoking habit and me challenging some of your current smoking beliefs! We then use the remaining time to finish off with a powerful hypnotherapy session which allows you to integrate your new choices supported with powerful suggestions about how YOU want your life to be as a non-smoker. This allows you to leave the session as a non-smoker, with an increased sense of confidence and wellbeing.
