The Relaxed Eating Programme™, is based on a combination of hypnosis, NLP and IEMT, which is usually 2 or 3 sessions, depending on individual circumstances.
When it comes to weight, there are often psychological issues that are underlying over eating and weight loss. Negative self esteem and low confidence issues can also arise. These issues are dealt with in both the programmes that I offer, whether it is my own 2 to 3 session weight loss programme.

HOW DOES THE RELAXED EATING PROGRAMMETM WORK?
This Programme is NOT a diet, it is NOT a short term quick fix but it is a consistent and steady approach to assist in addressing your relationship with food in a way that allows you to enjoy food, and enjoy food guilt free!
The programme entails 2 or 3 sessions where we focus on the emotional aspects of eating and what drives your over eating. The first session involves the general guidelines that kick start your eating and food awareness and start addressing your realtionship with food. The second session is a follow up session where we address any areas that may have arisen after the first session and we reinforce all the new changed behaviours using hypnosis. If necessary, a third follow up session can be included a month after commencing the weight loss programme.
All of the sessions focus on changing your relationship with food in a way that you can enjoy and appreciate it at a different level.
