Freedom from anxiety....

When we come into this world, we are anxiety and fear free.  What we learn from there on, based on our environment and situations we encounter. This forms the basis of our beliefs, attitudes and responses, all of which drive our behaviour.

 

In overcoming general anxiety or a phobia, you will learn how to take back control over all these critically important areas of your life.

With any form of anxiety of phobia, it is actually a learnt, unhelpful response to a situation or perceived future scenario or event.

 

The moment you are confronted with that situation or start anticipating a future “ worst case scenario”, you are filled with a feeling of fear and dread. This in turn leads to a feeling of helplessness, that then turns into a belief system, that you are helpless in those situations and unable to change or control your feelings.  

 

The work that we do together, with The Thrive Programme, will focus on you taking back control of your thoughts, feelings and belief systems….to where you were before the anxiety or phobia ever appeared.

The most important criteria to consider, when making positive changes in your life, is the one you want to change. If you are prepared to put in the time, effort and understanding, there is no reason why you should not be able to overcome your phobia or anxiety, and live a completely different life, anxiety-free.
