Overcoming Needle Phobia

Testimonial from a lovely client who had one session to deal with her needle phobia

"Thank you so, so much for your excellent  work..an absolute success, which I really wouldn’t have thought possible after literally a lifelong phobic aversion to needles of all kinds. I have literally lost my fear..." Lisa Lonsdale - London

If the thought of having an injection, blood drawn or going to the dentist and having an injection sends you into a panic and gets your heart pounding, you are not alone! Around 3% of the UK population has a needle phobia (aichmophobia) or fear of injections (tryanophobia).  Sometimes we have extreme fears or phobias about every day events which can be debilitating and really stop you from doing things that need to be done. Having an extreme fear of needles, or a needle phobia is one of those conditions.

Having a needle phobia can prevent you from going ahead with many important functions that need to be carried out, such as ;

  • Having blood tests

  • Going to the dentist and putting that off because of your fear of needles

  • Traveling to certain destinations sometimes requires vaccinations

  • Some mother's can't even watch their children being injected

  • Pregnant women also need to have certain tests carried out incurring needles and injections

Some people even put their health at risk by not having certain checks and tests because of their needle phobia.

It doesn't have to be this way. By tapping into your most powerful tool, which is your sub conscious mind and using hypnosis and hypnotherapy, your needle phobia can be dealt with swiftly and effectively. Your sub conscious mind is there to protect you, and once it understands that your fear of needles is irrational and unwarranted - and in some cases harmful to you, it can let it go.

You can be in control of your reaction to needles and injections.
